    Haha, this probably was my own mistake as it is meant to be a digital thermometer meant for taking the temperature of items at a distance rather than for personal body temperature checks. The readings I got when taking body temperature readings was always around 32°C which is a bit too low, our healthy human body usually will give a reading of around 36°+ but if it was used for taking temperatures of other objects from a reasonable distance like for example a cold drink, anything with a source of heat like ovens and other heat emitting items, then it will be able to give a good and proper temperature reading.
    Like I said from the beginning, it was my own oversight for not checking the intended purpose of the tool before making the purchase. If purchased for the right purpose, this can be a very useful and accurate tool.
