Доставка – 1 месяц. Упаковано в обычный пакет с пупыркой. Упаковка с щеткой немного помялась, но щетка – целая. Заказывала полный комплект – щетка, 8 насадок, чехол. Чехол хлипкий, крепления хрупкие. Насадки – 3 в комплекте, 5 отдельно.
А теперь о главном)) Щетку удобно держать в руке, не скользит. Покрытие, наверное, софт-тач. Щетина насадки – мягкая. Заряд при доставке – около 15-20% (при зарядке горит красный индикатор). Но, и этого было достаточно, чтобы начать использовать. Щетка, каждые 2 минуты как бы выключается, но затем, продолжает работать. Я использовала режим sensitive. Но, сразу чувствуется результат после первого использования в сравнении с обычной щеткой.
P.S. Если до этого пользовались обычной зубной щеткой, то к электрической нужно привыкнуть.
